Someone asked a great question recently—and I know more of you might be wondering the same: Do I need to move to advanced workouts to get results?

Short answer: No way, babe!

What matters most (and I remind myself of this on days I can’t go all-out): 

✔️ Showing up consistently (even when my alarm feels like the enemy!) 

✔️ Clean, strong form (I’d rather do 5 perfect reps than 15 sloppy ones!) 

✔️ Gradually pushing yourself over time (hello, progressive overload!)

Action Items:

✅ Complete today’s Total Body Strength Workout in the app.

✅ Log a 20+ min walk for recovery.

✅ Track your macros—don’t skip the carbs!

✅ Hydrate & refuel properly.
